This policy explains how Lawrence R. Mike ("I," "me") collects, uses, and protects information shared through LawrenceMike.com, the Initial Client Intake form, and the Visionary Session booking page.
Information I collect
- Intake form: your name, email address, optional phone number, business name, website or social links, business stage, industry, objectives, challenges, areas of interest, timeline, investment range, how you heard about me, and your consent to be contacted.
- Session booking: the name, email, and optional phone number you enter on the Google Calendar booking page, plus the time you select.
- Email: anything you choose to send to lawrence@lawrencemike.com.
- Site analytics (when enabled): standard, aggregated usage data from Google Analytics, such as pages viewed, device type, approximate region, and referring site. This uses cookies.
Please share general business information only. Keep passwords, account numbers, government identification numbers, and health records out of every form and email.
How I use it
- To prepare for and conduct your session
- To send your booking link, confirmations, reminders, and follow-up recommendations
- To maintain a record of our working relationship and any proposals or projects
- To understand, in aggregate, how visitors use this site and improve it
Where it is stored
Intake responses, booking details, client records, and email are stored in my Google Workspace account (Google Forms, Sheets, Calendar, Drive, and Gmail) and protected by Google's security controls and my account access settings. Google processes this data as a service provider under its own terms and privacy policy.
Sharing
I keep your information private. I share it only with service providers that run this site and my business tools, with a vendor or partner you have authorized in writing for your project, or when required by law. Your information is never sold.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept for as long as they are useful for our working relationship and my business records, then deleted. You may ask me to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
- Request a copy of, a correction to, or deletion of your information by emailing lawrence@lawrencemike.com.
- Opt out of follow-up email at any time by replying to say so.
- Limit analytics cookies through your browser settings or Google's opt-out tools.
California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the rights to know, delete, and correct personal information. Send any request to the address above and it will be handled promptly.
Children
This site and its services are intended for adults operating or planning a business.
